This is a letter that I am writing to convey the great experience I have had working with Prier Construction. I am a physician who opened my own practice a little over a year ago. I chose Prier Construction for multiple reasons: I had great references on them from people with similar office space, they were the most reasonably priced, and they answered more of my initial questions than the other bidders. It was my first experience with commercial real estate and construction, so I was naive to the process. From the day I hired them, it was truly a positive experience. Prier did everything the way they had planned, communicated with me at every level, and did a beautiful job in the time line they planned. When the work was done, they fulfilled their commitments and responded to any questions or small problems that developed after the fact. I am so glad we used Prier Construction to remodel our office. They came highly recommended and after working with them I can see why. Our job was complex; Prier basically had to demolish and reconstruct an entire third of our office building while business as usual went on in the rest of the building, and they handled this delicate situation very well. During all phases of construction they were honest, timely, professional, and easy to work with. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product. You have impressed me and our Project Manager, Tommy Alfano, with your Tenant build out work performed at Patton Creek. You finished out the leasing office on an accelerated schedule with very short notice, the Tenant Improvement work for Sprint and Jos. A Bank is progressing as scheduled and the Tenant's have been very complimentary of your work. Your company is quickly gaining an exceptional reputation at Patton Creek, which has led to Tenant Improvement work such as T-Mobile and Portrait Innovations and you have been invited to bid work for several other Tenants.
You are very knowledgeable of Tenant Improvement construction. Your management skills, office administration and supervision of your work and your subcontractors' work are excellent. You are responsive, accessible and work well with the other contractors on site. You keep a clean job and understand how AIG Baker expects the shopping center to be maintained.
Your exceptional performance from your Tenant Improvement work to putting large mats in front of the doors of the spaces in which you are working to minimize tracking of sheet rock dust onto the sidewalks and parking area, have definitely been noticed and is significantly appreciated by AIG Baker. You have contributed to the highest degree in assisting us with maintaining a first class facility.

Cahaba Cycles’ goal was to own the land and buildings that our stores occupy. As a retail organization, we had little knowledge of how to enter the development and construction business. We needed a firm that would be very responsive, transparent and honest during the construction process while helping us achieve our goal of expanding our business. We also needed guidance in dealing with some of the obstacles that would come up along the way. Throughout the process of both construction projects, (Cahaba Cycles-Cahaba Heights and Cahaba Cycles-Trussville) challenges came along and Prier Construction clearly demonstrated the ability to provide solutions to those problems with our best interest in mind. Prier was successful in keeping our projects moving according to the timeline promised and close to budget.
Most importantly, Prier Construction enabled us to continue focusing on running our daily business while making progress towards reaching our goals of real estate development and ownership.
