Cahaba Cycles’ goal was to own the land and buildings that our stores occupy. As a retail organization, we had little knowledge of how to enter the development and construction business. We needed a firm that would be very responsive, transparent and honest during the construction process while helping us achieve our goal of expanding our business. We also needed guidance in dealing with some of the obstacles that would come up along the way. Throughout the process of both construction projects, (Cahaba Cycles-Cahaba Heights and Cahaba Cycles-Trussville) challenges came along and Prier Construction clearly demonstrated the ability to provide solutions to those problems with our best interest in mind. Prier was successful in keeping our projects moving according to the timeline promised and close to budget.
Most importantly, Prier Construction enabled us to continue focusing on running our daily business while making progress towards reaching our goals of real estate development and ownership. Both the management and on-site teams were easy to communicate with and professional. We look forward to working with Prier again in future endeavors!
